He formed St. Divine with Judy Ann Nock in 2024.Will has fronted DT & the Shakes, The Royal Wylds, The Habit, and Idle, among others. In addition, he’s co-proprietor of SuperGiraffeSound, an analog recording studio in Brooklyn, NY, with multiple production and engineering credits to his name. His most recent recording, St. Divine’s “you can’t go forward and you can’t go back” (which he co-wrote, performed, and produced) was recently named one of Big Takeover Magazine’s Best of 2025.

Judy Ann Nock

Judy Ann Nock is a lifelong musician and multi instrumentalist who grew up singing in church, studied classical voice and piano, and was taught how to play guitar by her Country-Western songwriting father when she was seven years old. Considering how long Judy Ann has been playing guitar, you would think she’d be a lot better at it by now, but here we are. Judy Ann has been described as a “rock ‘n’roll lifer” and a “force of nature.” She has been a consistent figure in the New York City and Hoboken, New Jersey music scenes. She plays the electric sitar for Psych-O-Positive, has been a backup singer for Ivan Julian, and is a regular on the festival circuit with numerous appearances at Lower East Side Festival of the Arts, Turn It Up at Lincoln Center with Ivan Julian, Garden State Art Festival, All About Downtown Jersey City, and more. A renaissance woman, Judy Ann is an accomplished metalsmith having contributed to the work of renowned goldsmith Donna Distefano on launching jewelry collections for Aerosmith, The Hollywood Vampires, and several New York City museums. Most salacious of all, Judy Ann is an international best selling author of six books on witchcraft with several titles in the Modern Witchcraft series, published by Simon & Schuster. A practicing witch, Judy Ann has brought modern witchcraft to the mainstream through her pop culture panel, Witches After Dark which premiered at New York Comic Con 2024 and reprised at San Diego Comic-Con International in 2025. Judy Ann does frequent book signings at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Met Cloisters, and is a popular podcast guest and presenter at events such as HexFest and Starwood Festival. As bizarre as this all is, it’s all true.

Jesse Barnes is the bass player for St. Divine

Jesse Barnes

Jesse Barnes is a lifelong musician and graduate of the prestigious New School with a concentration in Jazz. Jesse lends his his extensive talent to St. Divine, playing both stand up and electric bass. Before joining St. Divine, Jesse toured Europe and the United States as a founding member of the folk rock band, Oakley Hall (Merge Records) and also played with Will Croxton in Them Sinners, a Brooklyn based studio recording band with numerous acclaimed releases.

Jesse is also an accomplished and creative immersive audio visual artist as well as an extremely versatile musician known for his ability to perform in any genre from jazz to punk, country, hard rock, reggae, and funk. Soft spoken and adored by his bandmates, kids, and certain species of wildlife, when not recording or performing, Jesse can be found staring at squirrels. Sometimes, the squirrels blink first.

Michael Ratti

Michael Ratti is the drummer for St. Divine. Michael is also a well known and in demand session drummer with unrelenting talent and too many credits to list. Michael has played with Them Sinners with Will and Jesse. He has played with Ivan Julian & The Magnificent Six, Hot Hero Sandwich, Morgen, the Nails, Rex Smith, Jay Black and the Americans (along with Walter Becker and Donald Fagan of Steely Dan).

Michael is a highly sought after drummer on the New York City and New Jersey circuit. He has recorded on numerous albums on a multitude of labels including Columbia, United Artists, CBS, and RCA. It is rumored that Michael Ratti may be the only drummer who has played both Madison Square Garden and the Parkside Lounge.

Philip Y

Philip is the lead guitarist for St. Divine. He previously played with Will in the band DriverX. In addition to St. Divine, Philip is also a member of the band The Side Effect as well as Modern Beast. An expressive and intense guitarist, Philip is also very mysterious and enigmatic. His quiet reserve is an intriguing contrast to the energetic power of his performances. If you are curious about the charisma and mystique surrounding Philip Y, well too bad. He won’t even tell us his last name. In this day and age, it might seem that we are entitled to know everything about everyone. We’re not.
